Part of a recently be completed project, master bedroom and en-suite fully refurbished. Following a full strip out, we knocked through 2 bedrooms to make the master larger and installed the bathroom. The room was completed with custom joinery, full redecoration and new carpets!

Bolton Street The sixth building completed of our

Bolton Street The sixth building completed of our 9 buildings under contract. Another tricky one with an up and over scaffold followed by resin repairs and redecoration of all previously painted areas. We recognised an issue with the front parapet which required taking down and rebuilding along with re-lining the box gutter and re-designing the outlet. At the rear elevation we removed the old asbestos sheets from the small extension and installed a new lead roof to cover this. This required extensive repairs inside and out to restore it!

Great Pulteney Street
The fourth and fifth of our 9 buildings under our recent contract. Following scaffold erection to the front and rear elevations, we carried out a DOFF clean to the stone work and a specialist clean to the terracotta columns at ground level. We then undertook masonry and timber repairs across both elevations before a full redecoration of the windows and shop fronts. New ironmongery was installed to the main front doors along with a change in colour. We also carried out works via abseil to the lightwell which included decoration and repairs to the glazed bricks and timber windows. Finally, we completed redecorations to the rear fire escape and main entrance stairwell and brought the floor back to life by sanding it and resealing it. #londonconstruction #maintenance #redecorating #restoration #aodcontracts

Great Pulteney Street The third of our 9 completed buildings under our recent contract. After an initial DOFF clean of the entrance stonework and redecoration of the shop front, we were tasked with a full redecoration of the communal staircase. Along side this we replaced the flooring and nosings in the staircase. Additionally we carried out some fire stopping that was identified in the FRA to the risers and installed a new tea point for the wonderful Conceirge staff in the building! #flooring #construction #london #londonconstruction #redecorating
