AOD were appointed as a Main Contractor for these works which consisted of works to front and rear elevations at seven terraced houses simultaneously around the Square. Following the erection of scaffolding to all areas AOD carried out widespread render and brickwork repairs to all elevations allowing for high quality redecoration of each property using Dulux Weather shield System. Existing timber windows were repaired and restored using the Window care repair system giving them a new lease of life.
Two of these prestigious properties had the existing roof slates, flashing, felt and batten as well as the felt valley gutters and a new slate roof covering with new lead valley gutters was installed by our expert roofers, Lead capping were also neatly installed on the cornices and roof parapets of each property.
Working on multiple sites in close proximity brought a multitude of challenges that were dealt with expertly by our onsite team who ensured each property was dealt with on an individual basis to produce the high quality finish that was required by all parties.
