AOD Contracts were appointed as Main Contractor this five story terraced building in Chelsea
External works were undertaken and allowed for a full redecoration to front and rear elevations using scaffolding, and repairs including render, brickwork and re pointing.
Using the Window care Repair system to the existing sash windows ensured that they were fully functional and ready for paint application.
The ornate metal railings forming the boundary to the property were fully burnt off back to the bare metal and Dulux Metal shield Paint System was applied, to restore them back to their former glory.
The internal communal hallway and staircase required full redecoration using Crown Timonox Paint System and once this was completed, new carpets and stair rods fitted to complete the makeover.
New lighting was installed to the communal areas and a new LD2 fire alarm system installed with emergency lighting all to comply with current building regulations
